IAM Careers ("we", "us") is a training institute offering SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud courses. • To manage enrollment, fee payments, and class schedules if you join a course.

WhatsApp communication

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform to receive and reply to your messages. When you message our WhatsApp business number, we receive your WhatsApp name, number, and message content, and store them securely in our customer management system so we can assist you. We do not use your WhatsApp data for any purpose other than responding to and managing your enquiry.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
• We do not send you marketing unrelated to your enquiry.

Data storage and security

Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled servers with encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access is limited to our staff who handle enquiries and training operations. We retain enquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
